Threefold House

This renovation project takes an existing Lockwood holiday home and elevates it into a contemporary three-bedroom home with a study. The result is a beautifully designed living space that seamlessly integrates modern connected areas, with the outdoor living areas.

 

Renovating existing Lockwood homes can often lead to significant costs due to the nature of the structure. However, we managed to maximize the potential of the existing floor area while keeping expenses in check. By adding just 68m² of new living quarters, we achieved a remarkable transformation. This expansion not only allowed for a spacious living area but also provided the opportunity to create a private courtyard with a west-facing aspect, enhancing the overall appeal and functionality of the home.
